The fees are entirely performance based, so you pay nothing until you have received a booking and the guest has stayed, paid, and is on his or her way.

Control of your income is important, and that's why we leave it to you. You will need to collect the full payment from the guest on arrival or departure (prepayment and deposits may be taken) and pay your charges to us only after they have departed.

We charge only a small percent of each booking. The GDS has a fee per booking which we bill to you on their behalf, along with our system fee.

The travel agent or travel website where the booking originates will require a commission to be paid.

All charges for each booking (including the travel agency commissions) will be shown on a single monthly invoice. Once you have made corrections for any changes in the stay, a new invoice will be automatically generated.

Once we receive your payment, the travel agents are paid electronically and all charges are settled.

Each reservation will be transmitted by e-mail (all reservations may be viewed in the control panel at any time.) This includes the customer's name, arrival and departure dates, room type and rate booked, credit card number and expiration date (for prepayment, deposit or cancellation fees). Travel Agency or Website information is also shown.

We make your hotel available for reservations with an estimated 500’000+ travel agents and distributors worldwide (GDS), as well as the major online travel agents (OTAs) and their thousands of affiliate sites.
